We want you to feel confident and vibrant in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security ribbons remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
